First WB mission to the Caribbean: Saint Lucia - episode 1

First WB mission to the Caribbean: destination Saint Lucia to supervise the Disaster Management Project II. Incredible place, and honestly falling asleep hearing the sound of the sea does make a difference. Unfortunately, the day we arrived flash floods hit the village of Dennery, where evident drainage issues lead to important material losses (last 3 pictures).
